OneAgrow

The chronicle

OneAgrow was a credit-led neo-bank for Bharat, providing comprehensive financial, payments, and upskilling services to farmers. I co-founded it in my final year at IIT Kharagpur with a childhood friend, and we secured angel investment right after graduation.

As a founder I was involved in everything, from the inception of the idea to business strategy and marketing, but my main responsibility was building the entire tech stack for the low-end devices of India's farmers, and managing the tech and graphic-design team. The result was a feature-rich progressive web app under one megabyte, built for cheap phones and slow networks.
